In real estate, the term "transfer" refers to the legal process where ownership of a property shifts from the developer to the individual owner. For the Lambies, this means that after the payment was made through the attorney’s trust account, the property ownership has been registered with the deeds office.
The title deeds are expected to arrive soon, marking the official beginning of their journey at Seaton Estate.

With the transfer complete, the Lambies are now responsible for the rates and levies associated with their property. They can also move forward with submitting their building plans to the municipal council for approval—an essential step before any construction can commence.
