Seaton 2023: Exciting Developments and Milestones
2023 is shaping up to be an incredible year at Seaton, with numerous exciting developments pushing us closer to welcoming our future residents to their dream homes. Following a fantastic 2022, we are thrilled about the upcoming milestones that will make Seaton a premier destination for coastal living. Here's an update on what's currently underway and what you can look forward to this year at Seaton:
Improved Access to Seaton
In a significant step forward, we’re upgrading our road network to make access to Seaton easier and more convenient. The P228 Access Road (commonly known as the “Animal Farm” road) is being tarred, and a new offramp will soon be in place. This enhanced access will make it quicker and more convenient to reach Seaton from the N2, and will lead directly to our gatehouse and soon-to-be-completed amenities.
Seaton’s State-of-the-Art Gatehouse Under Construction
The construction of Seaton’s Gatehouse is officially underway. This will serve as the main entry point to our estate, with a secondary access point through the neighbouring Zululami Estate. The Gatehouse will house the Homeowners Association (HOA) and sales offices. Designed with architectural and landscaping flair, it will feature biometric security and advanced access control systems to ensure safety and peace of mind for all residents and visitors.
Seaton Country Club and Sports Precinct Progressing
The highly anticipated Seaton Country Club and Sports Precinct are well underway, bringing world-class recreational facilities to the estate. This will include:
- Leisure and lap pools
- Fully equipped gymnasium
- Tennis and Padel courts
- Squash court
- Cricket field and nets
- Mini-soccer pitch
- Children’s playground
- Adventure zone with water slides
These facilities are designed for the whole family to enjoy, making Seaton a dynamic and active coastal estate.
Equestrian Arena Taking Shape
For equestrian enthusiasts, Seaton is making tremendous progress on the development of the Equestrian Arena. With earthworks well underway, the facilities will include stables, arenas, and paddocks, delivering a luxury countryside experience within a coastal setting.
Seaton’s First Home Breaks Ground
