- R50,000 Non-Refundable Deposit: A deposit of R50,000 is required immediately when signing the sale agreement. Please ensure you have access to these funds before arriving onsite.
- Sale Agreement Signing: Signing will begin at 8:00 AM sharp, so please be prepared and arrive early.
- Numbered System for Fair Distribution: To ensure a fair and equal opportunity for all, a numbered system will be in place. This ensures a smooth and organized process for everyone involved.
- Safety First: We will strictly adhere to social distancing and lockdown protocols to ensure everyone’s safety during the event.
- Vehicle Queueing: To maintain order and safety, please wait in your vehicle until you are called to begin signing your sale agreement.
- Know Your Purchase Entity: Please ensure you are clear on whether you’ll be purchasing in your personal capacity or through a legal entity. This will help streamline the process.
